India Capitals (IC) reached the qualifiers last season but lost to Manipal Tigers by six wickets. The capitals announced Ian Bell as their captain for the 2024 season after Gautam Gambhir exited the franchise to be on national duty. Kevin Pietersen is also unavailable for this season.
